I called this morning to see if coming in an hour before close would be an issue, they asked if I could come in tomorrow instead as their systems were down due to the major outage that everyone was experiencing. After explaining that I couldn't and that I needed to have an alignment done by Sunday, they scheduled me for later.
When I went in, they were very quick with their work and informed me of the things I did or didn't need. Will definitely be going back!”

“I originally posted a bad review regarding the lack of communication and extensive timelines we were given to repair my Jeep after an accident. HOWEVER, after my posting, the owner Theo reached out to me personally to apologize for my experience and see how he and the team could make it better so not to lose our business. I really appreciated this. THAT is what customer service should look like. They got me in ASAP to resolve the ongoing issues with my Jeep. I will say, there was still some communication mishaps, but I appreciate their trying and still taking care of me nonetheless. I believe they will continue to strive for great customer service in the future.”

I needed my passengers side mirror fixed and he found the right size for the best deal.He also put it on in no time at all. It now functions perfectly and even looks better than the original. With a 2019 Hyundai, I've gone to dealers only...never again - they are a nightmare!. Ricardo diagnosed & fixed my problem, they took me in without an appointment because I was fearful of an unknown issue, and a long drive to the airport pending. When I took it in to have it replaced, I totally forgot that I had a warranty on the tires, but Breck got me all set up, and replaced the tire on the warranty. I was in and out with the new tire and an oil change in less than an hour. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my next car service!”

He sent one of his guys to the gas station to help put on the replacement tire, and then he fixed my tire at his shop for a very affordable price. “I stopped in yesterday at 2:15 with a scheduled appointment for a flat repair, and tire rotation. I purchased my tires last year through Discount Tire, so these are free services (which is awesome!)
I figured it would be a good slow time to get in there mid day on a Thursday, but I was totally incorrect! It was comically busy - phones ringing off the hook, with a line out the door. Customers coming to the counter with emergency scenarios, warrantee claims - you name it. I watched smirkingly as these guys handled each customer patiently and assuring service even under a ton of pressure. Great job to this team, and even with all of the insanity, I was in and out in under one hour!

“Had an appointment at 1pm called and asked when it would be ready for pick up and was told before 7pm. I went in before close and it wasn't even started yet. I have a road trip in 2 days and have a mechanic that is supposed to take a look at it tomorrow morning. Now that is in jeopardy. Really disappointed. I'm sure nothing will be done be done to compensate me, aside from the automated response saying sorry and to email them, when I know it will take an eternity to get a response if any.
