“This was the first time ever stepping foot inside your store and I was frustrated that I couldn’t find a certain tile to show my client for her kitchen backsplash. As soon as I walked in, Devin was there with a smile and asked if he could help? And all of my anxiety went out the door when he offered to help me. I told him what I needed and he loaded me up with some samples that nobody else had in stock. He was very informative and he really new his stuff! I was impressed on how he took control and delivered everything that I needed. So later that day I came back with the samples and my client loved the one he said she would!
