“We hired Kitchen & Floor Concepts to finish our basement. Geno was really great in the planning and design process. He walked us through the various decision points and was very helpful throughout the life of the project. We found him to be very knowledgeable and creative. Our project manager Valera was all over the project. He made sure everything stayed on schedule (or at least as much as possible with a construction project) and kept us informed. He was super responsive to our questions and concerns and always maintained a positive attitude (which can be tough in this business). The subcontractors and tradesmen were all very professional, did their best to avoid disruptions, and were responsive to our requests. No construction project is without its challenges and headaches - it’s unavoidable and as an owner you need to be involved. However, we really appreciated this company’s customer service, commitment to delivery of a product they can proud of, and their ability to problem solve.
