“Tim and Augustine were awesome. I had an emergency issue with my toilet. They had to completely replace the toilet. Within five minutes of my submitting a request for assistance they came and had the entire toilet replaced within roughly an hour of my call. It was at the end of the day and I'm sure they had to stay late but appreciate they took care of it rather than leave it until the morning.”

“Josephine and hazel at the office are awesome. Maintenance staff Jesus and Charlie are always quick to respond to any service issues, I told them today my patio door was stuck closed and within an hour they were at my unit fixing the issue. We always have great interactions with the staff and they are so kind and considerate to my crazy three year old… we love living here!”
“The maintenance guy was very nice and polite and professional. He knew what the problem was in just 2 minutes. Thankfully it was just a timer knob the inside of the knob had a part broken off. So it was a quick fix.”

“I have lived here for almost 5 years now, and I truly enjoy Elevate, the upgrades that have been made over the last couple of years have made it worth it to live here. They have pool, Halloween, and other various parties throughout the year to bring together the residents. They always have raffles and different prizes, which I’ve had the luck of winning. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes, it is what it is, but they do a good job of taking care of us. The staff is always super friendly! I feel safe and the park right next to us is perfect for daily walks. Not to mention we are so close to my favorite restaurant Jose O’Shea’s!”
“I am a long time resident of 11 years at the Pines apartments in Lakewood Co.If you are looking for a new home, I highly recommend The Pines.Let me tell you a little bit about this property. It was built in the 70s and has been beautifully maintained. Because it was built in the 70s, the bedrooms and living rooms are a little bit larger. Some have patios and some have cathedral ceilings and fireplaces.The pool area is beautifully maintained and landscaped with hanging baskets of flowers and there is a baby pool.But the property is only as good as it is managed and maintained. I can personally say that management is very attuned to the needs of the residents here. I’ve seen it again and again and have heard it from other long time residents. If there is a problem, the Pines management team takes it seriously and does their best to remidy the situation cheerfully, professionally and quickly.An important addition to why The Pines looks so beautiful is that they have a seriously professional maintenance team that is on the spot when things need attention, yet these fellows always take the time for a quick hello. À fellow, who’s name is Sam, I think, has been here the longest and really knows the property and looks to be in constant motion keeping things beautiful and safe.I know this sounds too good to be true, but stop by and have a look for your self. Talk to the residents and see how nice the grounds are.As I had mentioned, I have been here for 11 years now and have no plans to relocate.A contented Pines resident.”
“My experience with those organizing the apartment showings was excellent. The person answering the emails got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule to set up a showing that worked for me.
I was told that Doug would be showing me around the available unit. He texted me before my appointment which was truly appreciated because I was running slightly behind schedule. Upon arrival, Doug was very helpful, kind and friendly. You could tell he enjoys what he does. He answered all my questions (none were too silly) and gave me a tour around the grounds. I've been wanting to move into this complex for a whole year! The treatment I received as a future resident solidified my desire to become a long-term resident! Thanks Doug!!”

“Overall the apartment was great for me. I loved the view of the creek and trees. It was a very cozy place for me with alot of natural light on the 3rd floor. The only issue for me was the parking situation. There wasn't alot of parking available and even paying for it there were many times I couldn't even park in the street.”
“I've lived here about six months, overall I'm happy I chose this place. The area is nice, I like that the reservoir is basically in the back yard. The grounds are kept nice, pool is open, nice bbq area. The office ladies and maintenance have been kind and helpful. My apartment was nicely updated basically perfect when I moved in. The buildings are little bit older, could use some upgrades here and there but they're spread out nicely lots of room to walk dogs. Overall nice quiet little community.”

“I moved here from New Mexico in 2020 stood living here till 2022. It was great issues were addressed asap the pool was great.. phase 2 wasn't up and running yet. I moved to a bigger place in 2023 but didn't feel like home so I'm back now and I love it my place is remolded new carpet Kenzie is a great manager and does her best to get thing's done asap.. She got the phase 2 pool up and running...rent is a little pricey but other then that I LOVE LIVING HERE”

“Well the manager was very helpful and she was honest about just being at the property for a short time. She took the time to really show the Apt and explained the new changes.
I was only browsing but as soon as my lease is up in May I will be able to try and get a unit if available.

“I didn't end up moving here, however when I toured, the apartment was clean, updated, and well set up. Fitz was incredibly helpful and answered every first time renter question I had. Savannah was also very helpful in answering my questions about applying.”
“Ashley in the maintenance department is amazing. Courteous, very knowledgeable and does fantastic work. I had a chronic issue with my kitchen sink garbage disposal and after many service requests failed, Ashley found the root problem and took the time to repair it correctly. Ashley even went to extent of cleaning the sink which was too kind. There was also an ongoing issue with my heater not working. My furnace was replaced but the issue persisted. Ashley knew what to check for and swiftly fixed it. In less than an hour Ashley replaced the dishwasher, pipes, and got the heater working after months of daily issues. THANK YOU, ASHLEY”

“Honestly shocked after reading these reviews, as they aren't the truth. The office staff is always so welcoming, the manager I actually feel for runs non stop & I see her here so late some nights trying to make sure everyone is ok
Maintenance will take a few days however they get it done & very professionally.
I think people who leave bad reviews are typically the ones who are unhappy. This is a great place to live Crystal throws so many cool events , the neighborhood cooks & relates to each other.
Wish people would be less entitled & clean up after their own self & not throw trash. It isn't the workers place to clean up after adults.”
