I didn't end up moving here, however when I toured, the apartment was clean, updated, and well set up. Fitz was incredibly helpful and answered every first time renter question I had. Savannah was also very helpful in answering my questions about applying.

A pet friendly apartment in a safe neighborhood was a must for me! Affordable, and settled in the foot hills while maintaining accessibility to grocery stores etc.
