βCame to find something at the store. They didnβt have what I wanted in store, but the manager Taylor helped me get it ordered from kohls online! Amazing customer service.β

βOur waiter was Great! The food was amazing ok. I was disappointed there weren't any non-alcoholic holiday drinks - egg nog, hot chocolate, apple cider. Also, why is it chicken meatballs in a pasta dish with pork Italian sausage. I threw the meatballs away. Interesting menu.β
βI was tickled to find out I was getting 20% off my entire order.
The cashier, he was so nice. And most of the items I've been buying at Dollar Tree are .15 to .25 cents cheaper here.

βLove Big Lots!! Always have a wide variety of stuff and for great prices! You can get anything from food to clothes to furniture. Although, selection of each variety is smaller it's a great place to look for deals.β

βThis location has a Home Goods and Tjmaxx connected. Great selection of home goods but clothing area not that great. Maybe due to the recent holiday. Seem very bare on that side of the store compared to the home selection.β

βIssaquah location - awesome selection and good prices of basically everything you need. They restock and have new items throughout the day to keep the shelves stocked.
Go early in the morning to avoid the lines. Lines can be super long although they are pretty good at moving people through quickly.β
βOne of the items we had rang up full price and I told the cashier what the sale price was and obliged her to where the product and signage for proof of the sale price as she was able to make the correction. No harm done.β
βGreat prices on all name brand items also i love that if garments needs alterations it can be fixed in store customer service are pleasant and courteous my go to store.β

βThe best! Smells like a Marshalls. Get a coffee and walk around and relax. You don't even have to buy anything, but it's really fun to just walk through and decompress.β
β5 stars because I usually have a wonderful time! I go out of my way to go to this store over another because I adore the people who work here. They are usually very smart, incredibly helpful, and really quick! They carry everything I need and I had previously never had an issue. Today I had an absurdly uncomfortable issue with a cashier, though, who was very nice to the people in front of me but then would only scowl at me. She tried to refuse my coupons, attempted to tell me I shouldnβt have been given them, and then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me every time I tried to talk after the managers (who were lovely) left, saying the coupons were in fact valid. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope I never have the misfortune of encountering her and her incredibly negative and belittling attitude again. Yikes.β
βElijah and Janet made my experience one to remember. I've had bad experiences at dollar tree birthday today changed it. I was blown away with their customer service. I operate a business and if I could steal these employees.. I would take them. Shout out to Elijah and Janetβ

βSometimes in life you have to pay a stupid tax and sometimes kind people who take time out of there busy day at work will help lessen that tax. I threw my wallet away with my coffee cup today, 6/16/24, around 8AM. I didnβt realize I lost it until I got home around 12:30. Kapri helped me out over the phone and had a calming demeanor about that helped me during a stressful situation. Ben met me when I got to the store along with Jordan and helped me access the trash can. Iβd give more than 5 stars if I could to all 3 of these folks.
PS Rick helped out at check out and was a delight too! Smiling and personable at 8 AM a Fatherβs Day Sunday. I didnβt know my wallet was missing then cause I used Apple Pay.β
βIβve been to this Ross a couple of times, and itβs always really clean and well-organized. On my recent trip, I had a little too much to bring back, and I was able to find a new hard-shell suitcase for a great price. I also found some really nice dresses without breaking the bank. Itβs definitely a great place to shop.β
βThis store has great individuals from Arron on down. Every individual has a great attitude from Arron to the cart pushers. I have a medical condition that causes me to need to ride mobility devices, I have systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, complex regional pain syndrome also known as suicide disease, prythee neuropathy, and lock knee syndrome, which makes it hard for me to ride an electric shopping cart because my knee will lock out in a bent position and I have an electric skateboard and a trailer that attaches to it for my service dog and to put bags on. The store management is very welcoming to that and helps me where I need the help.β
βOut of probably close to 200 different dollar tree stores that Iβve been to, this takes the cake on all levels. Variety, availability, customer service, cleanliness, organization, walking room, etc. Give these people a raise please. Great human beings. Much love to these good folks and their quality work and care.β
βReally the best employees. Stephen was a godsend and took 15 minutes out of his day to help find a pair of shoes in the store for me, and the girl working fitting rooms was also fun to chat with. :)β
βI made a huge mistake today and left my purse in a shopping cart. I called the store within 15min of leaving and noticing I didnβt have my purse. No one had turned it in but the manager said she would go look in the carts and I headed back to the store to look. Upon arrival I spoke to Lulijeta. The lines were long, the door alarm triggered at least 3 times as employees (including Lulijeta) run to check for shoplifting. Itβs days before Christmas so you can imaging the store is packed and hectic. Lulijeta was finally able to tell me that no one still had turned in a purse and they did not find one. I asked a rediculous favor of her. Would there be any way you can check the cameras and just verify that I came in with the purse? I sure didnβt want to waste any more of their time looking if I misplaced it somewhere else. To my surprise she looked me and my son over and said she just wanted to get a good description of us so she can check the cameras! WOW!!!! Honestly, I donβt know of any other retail establishment that would have even entertained this! While she was looking My son and I frantically search the store and employees over their radios are asking again if anyone had seen my purse. 2 employees possibly managers also said they believe they had but thought it was an un purchased purse that just needed to be put back away. They both jump in to help look. All the while there is a shoplifter in the fitting room that was about to steal probably several hundred dollars worth of merchandise. The 2 employees did their best to help me but had to excuse themselves to take care of that! Completely understandable! Police were called for the shoplifter as she stormed out of the store. In the meantime I was told I had indeed come into the store with my purse. At this time The other 2 employees join us to still try to help me. A women approached me asking if I had lost something and I reply my purse. She said βI have itβ she was done shopping but was waiting to see if anyone looked as if they had lost something and she was just heading up to the front to go turn it in! What a blessing! I offered her the only bit of cash I had and she would not take it. We embraced, the employees thanked her, I thanked her profusely!! I thanked the employees wry much also. Lulijeta. Alex and Fely, you All went above and beyond today! You have a tough job there but you all need to be celebrated for the way you treat people, truly care about your customers and still holding others accountable! I will never forget my 4 angels today! @Burlington company - you should be proud and they should train all employees if they donβt already!!!β

βSuch a great time. We took our mom to do photos for her 60th and some photos of us kids. Our photographer Paige was FANTASTIC! She had us laughing and having a great time the entire time! She made our mom feel comfortable and beautiful for her day! Will definitely be back for another photo session.β

βLet me start by saying, genuiness is hard to come by these days and my local Ross has a manager named Emilio, that is the genuinely a kind, caring and absolute professional. One of my bad habits is shopping at discount stores, so needless to say, I've been to all of them and Emilio has consistently been able to meet the customers needs in addition to always displaying the best customer service.β

βNina at the bakery was extremely kind and attentive, she made my custom cake dreams come true and made my order in no time! I also saw a decorator making an amazing 2-tier Minecraft cake and it was sensational!
I was able to make a custom cake and give her my secret info for a gender reveal and she was so helpful and made it happen for me! I would absolutely return for any custom cakes in the future. Thank you Nina!!β
