“My rating is actually 5-stars, but until this particular store hires a Denver police officer to stop theft, it will remain a one-star review. I will change my review to five stars if and when you hire armed security.Today I witnessed a tall man, with a hoodie, a huge backpack and multiple bags walk out of the store with the alarm bells going off left and right. A security guard which this store hired just walked out with the thief, pulled out his cell phone and went on about his business as if nothing ever happened.Other shoppers saw the same thing I did and could not understand why this petty thief was just allowed to walk out.When we checked out, the cashier told us that security never stops anyone, which makes me wonder why they hire someone with a security labeled shirt who does absolutely nothing.Worse, I personally feel insecure. The failure of this store to act in stopping a crime to itself is akin to abetting the crime itself.You can bet other bad players will follow in the footsteps of this thief and create crime all over the neighborhood because of this failure to act.Nordstrom, DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! or we will become the next San Francisco or Los Angeles or Portland -- this is not right in any book and will cause the neighborhood to go downhill.This incident happened 30 September 2023, 1800-1900 hours at this Colorado Blvd. Nordstrom Rack location. You have cameras that you can review.And if letting people steal from you is NOT your policy, then fire your manager -- this manager is useless.UPDATE:As I noted in the post above, management did respond and posted a scary looking (in a good way) security guy upfront. Good. Much less likely that low-lifes will simply try to walk out with stolen goods. Keep up with security!”

“I'm not a great shopper, I'm short with curves and finding clothes that fit well takes a lot of trial and error. It makes me sweaty and grouchy. This store has the nicest people, though, and today I was helped by Galina P, a wonderful woman in the dress department. It made me want to go back and keep trying on stuff. Fight another day. They have a great selection, lots of dressing rooms, a place for alterations. I found a perfect dress for a wedding there 6 months ago. Had such a good experience each time I had to come on and write something nice. Give that staff a raise.”

“This Macy's, located in the Northfield shopping complex, is two stories of retail on the inside. The store was very clean, and the staff I dealt with were friendly and welcoming. I will say that the store is sparcely stocked and I was a little disappointed at the lack of product selection;however, I did make a purchase and was satisfied with it. I might shop here again but would opt to travel further if I thought there would be a better selection.”

“I love this store , it always has such cute clothes and home decor. They are always bringing in new items they are good about switching out clothes and other things, they don't keep the same things out for too long they bring new things out but they also bring out old item's as well which I love to. There bathrooms are clean and nice which is definitely a plus. I am not to impressed by the staff. There are maybe 4 or 5 staff that are helpful and have great customer service but other then that most of them are rude and not helpful at all and when I do ask for help they either say that's not there department or that they will go ask and then I never get a response back and they just avoid me the rest of the time I'm in the store. But other than that I love the store the clothes are great quality great selection for everyone men, child,teens , women.I.would definitely recommend.”

“Great Customer service by Elle!! Thank-you.I visited mid-day to pick up an online order. This is not my local Target so was unsure where to go. I stood in the Customer Service line, which was a longer wait than usual. Then was told that online orders were in a different area. I was mildly put out and kind of laughed it off. One of the manager, Elle, apologized as I walked by and I just kept walking and said "Me Too".Once I picked up my order, Elle came over with a gift card for me.Long story short, she showed me kindness that was honestly not needed or deserved but I'm appreciative. Made me reset my mind frame and focus for the day. Thank you for your kindness and I will pass it on!”

“Cleaner then most Walmarts for sure, very friendly staff and the fruits and veggies were very fresh!!! Super surprising to me as a Walmart. For any “out of towners” be aware to purchase or bring your own bags because in they do not give you plastic bags at all!! Was hooding to find basic cup of noodles but the area was completely empty for some reason… other then that a great experience.”

“I arrived at 3 am for a 10:30 am appointment. When the gentleman came out at 3:30 am asking for paperwork I handed him mine and he said to go and park and wait by the entrance of their facility. They called me at 6:30 am and got me unloaded by 8 am. I sent them the lumper fee through their app. They came out and gave me my papers. They do have some overnight parking. Just make sure you arrive early if u need to park before your appointment.”
