“Our work company had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon due to poor coverage at our location. I had gotten a few things fixed from Verizon and had to swing by T-Mobile to see if they could in anyway take off the call forwarding that was on when we had made the transfer to Verizon. The gentleman Ryan was absolutely fantastic on helping me for the entire later portion of the afternoon helping get things fixed. Ryan was great from being on the phone with many different people within T-Mobile trying to find the root cause of the issue. Finally there was some answers basically what had happened is when our work had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon T-Mobile approved the transfer but Verizon did not finalize it. Which was causing issues with phone calls being sent to another employee and had seen on the account our number and account were still active. Was finally able to get that deactivated and was receiving phone calls with the work phone. Ryan was AMAZING!! From calling numerous reps being on the phone for two hours trying to help me fix the issue. Ryan was very nice, beyond helpful, great attitude and found the root of the issue and got it taken care of! Much appreciated! Thank you so much! Will be referring family/friends to go to this store due to the excellence of work they do.”

“I used to live by this 7-Eleven. My son and I have been in that particular one many times over the past three years that we lived, basically 2 blocks from there. Their coffee was always hot and fresh for a cold winter day. As well, in the summer, the ice creams were fully stocked. When my husband left me a year ago this past August, I went on an ice cream binge for almost a month. 7-Eleven carries their own brand of several ice creams. You've got to try their vanilla bean. OMG, hands down the best vanilla ice cream I have ever had! Cover it with a good layer of chocolate syrup....yum! I may have to end my review here to go get some. Lol. Seriously though, aside from the freshest products and the tastiest ice creams, my son and I called this particular Sevies, our store. Every employee is friendly and you almost feel like family when you're in the store. They always have a hello for you and genuinely care about your well being that day. The day manager there, she's got to be the hardest working, personable, involved and kind manager I've met thus far. Rewards are always a plus, points for all your purchases. You can qualify for $'s off and now, they offer a double your points system at most, stores. Free items and money off your purchase for points is always a plus, yes? Keep up the good work there, you're my favorite Sevies to date, and we frequent this chain often. Jennifer and my son Joshua, thank you!”
“A huge thank you to Evelynn w/the Geek Squad in the Greeley store!! My Powerbeats Pro bricked after a failed update, chatted w/Apple care and they said to bring them to Best Buy... I walked in there with like 1% confidence that they could fix them. She had the same earbuds and was able to use her case to resync my buds, and they work now. Took her like 30 mins to figure it out, and I'm thankful that she took the time, I was shocked when it worked!! Seriously, her determination, intelligence and problem solving skills are valuable assets, hope it is recognized by BB/Geek Squad. Thanks again Evelynn, 5 stars+!!”

“Sky was amazing to work with. VERY professional but had a great sense of humor, and was a pure joy to work with. I had purchased an Apple watch and was adding it to my account and she went through everything with me to make sure I understood. The watch battery was drained completely so I had to charge it for a bit, but when it did turn on everything was done and it worked perfectly. I was more impressed with her responding when i texted her to let her know everything was working great. I work in computers and technology and was very impressed with how easily and simply she broke everything down for me during my visit. Many customers I deal with always seem to have horror stories after visiting any cellular store. She even went out of her way to see if there were any additional ways to save money or deals that I could benefit from. She wasn't pushy about anything and allowed me to choose what worked best for me. I will go back and work with her in the future without hesitation. She is what customer service used to be all about. 5 Stars really not enough. SKY, You are awesome and I truly appreciate you.”

“Went in with a big problem, came out happy they fixed everything perfect metro PCSI went back there a few days later .the staff was not knowledgeable about the services, the prices were doubled from when I called the before going to the store. The people behind the counter were rude very unpleasant.and disrespectful.When we finally did get out of the store we got all the way across town, they asked us to come back and swipe my card again for the fifth time or sixth terrible experience. experience..”
