“I am a Wellness Coordinator at an assisted living facility and one of the most important parts of my job is making sure all the residents have the proper medications and that they never run out of medication. Good Day makes this so easy for me, they will hunt down the refills instead of me spending hours on the phone calling doctor's offices trying to get refills. All the medications come automatically once a month, saving me the time of having to reorder medication. A lot of times the resident will go to an appointment and the doctor will add new medication and I don't always get the order from the doctor, but Good Day will not only send the new medication the same day they also fax me a copy of the order. Customer service is amazing they are all very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. I didn't know how easy this part of my job could be until we started using Good Day.”

“What a wonderful Birthday after a year of moving back to the area I woke up today with a message stating that my meds were ready for the first time in 1 although I'm pretty pretty sick still I was fairly upset with Robert yesterday I apologize for that but I tried to explain to good day on three or four different occasions that I wasn't getting the messages that I needed for my sync meds because it is a good program and they introduced it to me and I got used to it with as many meds as I take every month it's a nice program but when I moved away and then came back. I haven't been able to get my regular meds regularly so I was pretty upset with him but he had the most respect though I could hear it in his voice he was getting mad repeatingly asking me not to yell at him I wasn't trying to yell but the more I explain to him repeatedly what was going on I don't think he was understanding cuz all I could hear was the tone of my voice but he did a wonderful job And that goes to show that he has the skills that it takes to do the job that he does So five star goes out to you Robert and once again I'm very very very apologetic for my actions yesterday. ?”

“I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy It was a Godsend that I was alerted to what they do for our community. First of all a wonderful woman , Karen came to my 55 and up apartment complex and explained how we can get pill packets put together and I am waiting for that to happen They are going to be amazing!!!?I won't ever forget my pills and I won't forget that I've already taken my pills.Good day pharmacy is much more than a pharmacy They are like family now and I've only been there a few months .They have an amazing gift shop The items are wonderfully picked out super cute I'm happy with everything that I have bought I bought a wonderful purse and I bought a warmie It's a stuffed animal that you warm up in the microwave and I also found the most amazing Christmas items.The staff is not only friendly they are wonderfully professional They acknowledge you when you come in with a smile and they get to you very quickly They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable .I am impressed with the entire staff each day I come in but the people who have helped me the most and have been the most welcoming are Jessica , Rox, Cal, and Shuree.Just amazing people They helped me get my credit card in the machine so they can just charge my card each time I come in without me having to fumble for it.Today I was able to get my flu shot and my covid shot very quickly no line. They also do compounding and they do that for my mother and she is very happy with the pharmacy as well.I would give them 10 stars if I could.You also can have your supplements put into your pill packs, and have them delivered to your homeSwitch over and you get 25.OO, to put toward your meds and deliveryLove this Pharmacy!!”

Many people experience in other pharmacies the “You’ll have to call your insurance” or “You’ll have to call your Doctor” that big chain pharmacies like Walgreens and Walmart have made a standard practice of in this industry, regardless of what the issue is.Wrong!!! A pharmacist works for YOU and is there to provide a service! Not you working for them.Many issues we all encounter getting medicines filled, the solution is not always for you to figure out what the problem is!If you like the convenience of just driving up and staying in your car (which can turn into 30 min to an hour at most Walgreens) Then this place is not for you. But they have alternative options to receive your meds if you’re unable to walk in. And those that are just lazy and don’t want to park and walk in or don’t like the Mon-Fri hours? Managing your medications and time management would probably be a great benefit for you.”

“I would highly recommend for everyone to transfer their prescriptions to cvs pharmacy in Loveland. Yes, the lines can sometimes be a few minutes long inside Target but the technicians and the pharmacist work really well together so the line moves pretty quickly. The pharmacy technicians names are Taylor ( Pharmacist)and Mida (Pharmacist )- Technicians- Heather, Maggie, Crystal, Neven, Micah, Levi, Yoshi. When you become a regular patient at this cvs pharmacy, the technicians began to remember your name and then they get to know you on a personal level and vis Vera. I am glad my husband and I made the switch from King Soopers pharmacy three years ago and I hope you do too.”

“I spoke to Carmel from claims, and she helped me pull my bill out of collections and had the hospital submit it to Kaiser since they failed to do so the first time. She saved me from almost 2000$ worth of debt and rescued my credit score from being trashed due to the incompetence of UC health staff. I cannot recommend her enough. She really saved my skin and alleviated a lot of stress. That woman deserves a raise.”

“Had to transfer a script from Walgreens. While the insurance was ony going to pay a small amount the Good Rx was the "go to". There was a $50 difference for the same medication via Good Rx betwwen the 2 stores. Not ony that, the transfer was conducted at 7pm at night, an hour before closing, and was ready when they opend the next day. Only delayed because they were waiting on the script transfer. Paul coordinated this from beginning to end, was SUPER helpful, and very pleasant. Wish they could all be like Paul.”
