Many people experience in other pharmacies the “You’ll have to call your insurance” or “You’ll have to call your Doctor” that big chain pharmacies like Walgreens and Walmart have made a standard practice of in this industry, regardless of what the issue is.Wrong!!! A pharmacist works for YOU and is there to provide a service! Not you working for them.Many issues we all encounter getting medicines filled, the solution is not always for you to figure out what the problem is!If you like the convenience of just driving up and staying in your car (which can turn into 30 min to an hour at most Walgreens) Then this place is not for you. But they have alternative options to receive your meds if you’re unable to walk in. And those that are just lazy and don’t want to park and walk in or don’t like the Mon-Fri hours? Managing your medications and time management would probably be a great benefit for you.”

“Dr Mossburgh is the most kind hearted, Dr of the animals. Because of his education, experience and knowledge, our Min Pin is alive today. He knew pretty much immediately what was wrong, he took quick xrays just to be sure.in minutes he was pushing us out of his office me with not only a xray pic in my hand but the whole metal frame u hang it with, as he had csu vet hospital on the phone letting them know the situation and his diagnosis. When we walked in the vet hospital they were waiting for us Thank You Dr Mossburgh and your office for still having love for what you do..”

“I've never had an issue at the is pharmacy. I'm shocked by the rating so decided to add in my review. First off they aren't the cheapest, KS is, but I'd rather pay a little more for great staff and service. Granted they are understaffed sometimes but don't promise to have something done in 20mins and make you wait an hour like the KS place does. Even in the craziness they are still friendly and I have yet to have them overlook a prescription. Overall my favorite, even when they get busy and short staffed.”

I believe the lines are long because they have a lot to do. They are working hard to get what you need as soon as possible.”

“The staff at Atrium Apothecary are friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They usually have my medicine ready on the day when I call in, and will generally have it within 24 hours if not in the store. However, renewing a prescription over the phone is atrocious. I often have many false starts before I am done. I would suggest that they get an online prescription service like Walgreens and Walmart, as well as others.”

Yes, prescriptions are a vital part of all of our lives and that means we should always be kind to them. Yes, doctors will call in to the wrong pharmacy, the online app will not always be correct, the emails might not always be correct, you might have to wait a few minutes when you call to get information on your prescription and all other kind of inconveniences which are part of life. Take personal responsibility for your Health and find out if your prescription is ready before you go. Sometimes going into the counter might be a better idea to keep your personal information to yourself. I have never had a prescription be wrong. I think that’s what matters most.Give them a break. what would you do without them?? Play nice people.”

“They r great.....but didn't enjoy being told to go sit down, (I'm an adult not a child!!!!) while waiting less the 5 min- for the lasr med to be filled- i was already having anxity, but his attitude caused my anxiety to go into over drive that I was starting to panic uncontrollably and now has put me in shut down mode.”

“Been going to Walgreens for 7 years. They will send you an email telling you a prescription is ready. You get there. Wait 2 hours in line to get. Told to come back in an hour. We had to quit using them. Couldn't handle the time involved. We have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 months and we'd love them if there's a line. They still rush you through it. I have never waited. Hardly anytime. Anyplace you go is going to be busy but these people treat you like a human being. I have nothing but very good to say for them. Anyone who doesn't should try Walgreens. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work”

“The child-like Adults are awesome! & they are unlearned not imbilciles. Mind you. How much would you know about being a pharmacist or anything else if you haven't learned about it as of yet? it's not the children's fault... it's the adults fault for trafficking the children (teenagers) but still children (under 21) nonetheless & one can only teach so much in such a small time. Please be kind and understanding of this. Unless the actual adults are there... they are extremely rude & demand it's not them... it's the system and get angry if you say well cancel my order bc if my card don't work I can't afford it. “Very kind and helpful pharmacy staff!! The automated system has recently been incorrectly notifying patients that their prescriptions have been filled when they haven’t. Obviously this is through no fault of the staff and I am always prepared to wait a day or two extra for them to fill it. They almost always fill it within the same day and are helpful when it comes to using GoodRX coupons.This location is often understaffed but I never feel like an inconvenience for asking questions or checking in on time sensitive prescriptions. Thank you for your hard work, I truly appreciate it!”

“Honestly I have always had good experiences here. Have filled scrips for years here. It is a very busy pharmacy perhaps because their prices for out of pocket are the best in town. That’s why I use them. The other day I was filling a scrip and was telling the associate that it was supposed to be filled for 90 not 30 days. The pharmacist, Michael, came over and said no problem he would get it corrected while I shopped and he even went to the trouble to get me a great deal with their prescription discount!”

“I've been working with Good Day for about 3 years. They have been right on top of things, I live way out of town. Their delivery is why I originally picked them. The are always cheerful and kind and patient. I had a upset stomach and no way to get Pepto Bismal. I had enough points it payed for it and was delivered. Here my only concern: Being a baby boomer there's a bunch of seniors. Our eyesight is not so good. Your bottle labels stink! You should redraw your labels here's why: the bottom line has if you have refills. The type is small little ink and so I have to call your pharmacy to see if I have refills. Time they could be using the phone to work on incoming calls. The two I got yesterday I had to cut that part off the sticky labels and cover the labels on the container so I could see exp and dates so I could plan ahead. This has been going on for the entire time I have been with you. Pharmacist said to notify corporation to see if they can fix this situation. Thanks to you and a kudos to Sam in the Greeley Co store please so she can be recognized for her job well done!”
