Opened a business account at this branch and have had nothing but issues since day 1. First, Maryam input the wrong promo code which was supposed to get me additional money if I kept a specific $ amount in the bank for 60 days. When I didn’t see my promotional amount, I set up a phone appointment with the banker and she never called me. Now, she called me telling me they were going to close my account if I didn’t get my corporation registered correctly, which was completely false.! She lied and said I never presented her with a certificate of good standing, which Is false because I had handed it directly to her to get it set up. She said she’d checked the registration that morning and it wasn’t correct - I had checked the weekend before and I was registered correctly! Small business owners have to worry about so much already, and to get a call threatening to close my account when nothing was even wrong is such an exhausting experience.

I recommend Erik. The only banker that really wanted to help me waive a 36 fee.... don't call the the 800 number or the branch off of Broadway and highlands ranch parkway...

On Sept 8th, I met with Krystina Pombo to review some issues on my business account. She said we can set up a meeting on Sept 12th at 4PM to meet with me and my wife Paula. Both of us are listed on the account.I received an email on Sept 8th to confirm the appt. I received a reminder email on Sept 11th for the appointment. My wife and I arrived on Sept 12th at 4 PM. I did not see Krystina, so I asked Maryam Afshari, the teller, to check on Krystina and that we had an appt. with her. Maryam said Krystina said that she was on a call and we had to wait 30 minutes for her. I told Maryam that I could not wait and that it was unprofessional of Krystina to ask us to wait for this confirmed appt. I asked Maryam if there was anyone else who can help us and she said that she would try. It took over 1 hour to address the issues with my business account and to set up a new business money market account. There were multiple times my wife and I had to enter and sign the same documents due to the info not being accepted in the US Bank system. Maryam was trying hard and asked her fellow teller, Eric, for help. At about 4:40 Krystina came out of her phone call and asked me, " I am glad you brought your mother in for this!" It was my wife and not my mother! She then asked me how was the transfer of the IRA going and I said you must be confused and we discussed a few days ago that I had issues with my business account. Overall, Krystina was very unprofessional, Maryam was helpful and trying hard but appears to be new at her job. I have been a personal and business customer since 2005 . I receive many requests by email and regular mail by banks to move my business. I am considering this based on this event.Thank you, Jim M

Derek is great and so helpful. 2nd time I called, the representative was incredibly unhelpful and patronizing. I'm switching banks. I've only had my accounts for a week.Edit: Derek is the only reason I've raised the stars on this review. He's so amazing.

Simply awful experience. I opened a business account with them and in just two months already regret it. They did not tell me there would be strict deposit limits and after two months of following up with the rep assigned to me, I still haven’t heard back on getting them raised. I’ve also waited two months for checks when they said I’d have them in two weeks. Further, when I got temporary checks (so i can actually pay people) and asked to have the fee waived since I’ve had to wait so long, they said they couldn’t do that. So now I’m paying fees for temporary checks for my business because US Bank doesn’t know how to send the checks I paid for in a reasonable timeframe. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.

Went in for a notary today around 3pm, and the teller was very short, and unfriendly. And wouldn't even listen to what questions were being asked, or said, nor did she even read the document, which clearly stated, has nothing to do with real estate, and she was insistent I had to list it on the document. A little giggle was all she gave in return, I will not be returning to this branch ever.

We've been banking at this branch for years. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. US Bank is one of the few big banks that still feels like a local bank, treats its customers well, and provides quality services for a reasonable price. And their online banking and mobile banking are pretty good too.

Very respectful staff and informative. My favorite location. Even though there is one located much closer to my home, I go out of my way to this location because of their wonderful staff. Thanks for always being helpful! Shoutout to especially Mimi and Albert :)

My husband and I have been trying to set up an account here for 2 months. The first person set up everything incorrectly-not well trained. Went in to have it fixed and a different person FAXED the information to get it corrected. Called where it was Faxed (after waiting more than 2 weeks) and they stated the reason nothing has been done is they only received a cover letter and driver’s license and not the form. During this time I reached out to the manager of this branch and she has never replied. I have been a current customer for probably more than 20 years with US Bank. Apparently they would like their customers to go someplace else.

If I could give zero stars that’s what I would do. They do not. NOT. deserve even a 1 star. NIKA IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER. THIS BRANCH IS TERRIBLE. US BANK IS A TERRIBLE BANK. NEVER AGAIN OPENING UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
