Took over a week just to get my car in, then was told getting the hitch would take 4-5 hours. Not 10. Not till after the store was closed. Not till after I called and was told it would be ready in a hour, when in reality it took 2 1/2 more. Please conduct your business better. Tell people the truth when asked when service will be done. And with customer service, don't be condescending and ask customers if this is their first wiring job or if it's their first car. I'm a 46 year old grown ass woman. Rap music blaring in the background, other customers complaining about missing parts...this place is shady and not staffed properly. Be warned.

I had a hitch put on my vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was a massive thunderstorm so I didn't have anywhere to check the quality of work due to weather. I got home almost an hour later to see that the back trunk area was all pulled up, weather tech cargo liner just bent out of the way for them to do the install. Don't understand why they couldn't just remove and put back when finished. Nothing was put back how it was found. Then a few days later when I went to file the paperwork I noticed they charged me for a 2 1/2" ball, pin/clip accessories, ball mount and rv wiring (6/7way) almost $50 worth of accessories I never received. I called them and explained what was going on and a manager was supposed to get back to me. NEVER heard back from a manager. Realizing a few weeks later when we had to buy the accessories to use the hitch I called them back when I got back in town, just to get a RUDE employee telling me I have to drive back down there show them my receipt (which they claim they couldn't find in their system) to prove I didn't get the accessories then show them the receipt showing I had to buy them else where. I did have all the receipts but didn't feel the need to drive back almost an hour to prove their mistake. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Currently finally working with main U-Haul which it's working directly with the GM at that location to hopefully get refunded for what I didn't receive.

20 people in line yet they have 1 person scheduled at the desk. ALWAYS under staffed and clearly they could have looked at the bookings this morning. Where is the regional manager and extra staff??? DO NOT COME HERE

If you're going to rent any vehicle from this location make sure you take pictures of the odometer before and after you drop it off , especially if it's after hours drop off cause they overcharged me over 200$ , for something I didn't go more than 50 miles in . Charged for me nearly 200 miles instead . Tried calling them and manager Jake said he'd resolve the issue and issue a refund to the card used . No refund was issued and every time we call "he's never in" "but we can take down your information and he will call you back!" , yeah we had 3 different people tell us that too . I just took the loss on the money and I'll make sure i go somewhere differently for vehicle rental services like uhaul. And don't forget to take picture of the odometer cause you'll regret if you don't .

Seriously. At the 11th hour they changed my pickup location for a truck an hour away and at a different time and the drop off 5 hours away. Imagine getting a plane reservation and they change the departure and arrival city the day before? What a bunch of hacks.

Very poor customer service from the lot attendants to the front desk to the manager. I have been there multiple times over the past week as we are preparing to move. Every visit has been unpleasant, employees are very rude. I will not be going back there for packing supplies any more.

Extremely unprofessional experience with a hitch install. Booked my appointment two weeks ago and everything seemed fine when I dropped my car off in the morning. Said it was take 5 hrs which wasn't a problem since I was planning to just come back at the EOD. Got a call from the "hitch pro" slightly after noon saying that he wasn't going to be able to do it and to reschedule. Went back to collect my car at EOD and my car is in the exact same position that I dropped off in the morning so obviously they didn't even try to do any install. They just straight up didn't want to do it. The GM didn't even apologize to me when I was picking it up. Just straight up didn't acknowledge me. Spent money to Uber back and forth for no reason. I would have been fine if I was told earlier that they might not be able to do it but I was sent reminder texts repeatedly earlier in the week. I would advice to take your business somewhere else. If not, be prepared to not have your hitch installed even if you have an appointment and are told it would be done when you drop your car off.

I was using their services to get a hitch installed. They said the guy working today doesn't feel like doing it so it may not be done. I scheduled the appointment through the local office, but they transferred me to a call center who then scheduled this job at the same local office. They did complete the job but I didn't feel confident about it. I was waiting in line and the customer in front of me said that she left her ID in the car. The woman behind the counter said, "Why don't you have it on you? You're driving a car, right?" And said this with a condescending tone. The workers are rude. They're incompetent. This place is a sh** show.

I made an appointment with their home office for a 7-pin wiring attachment install. Went in the day and time of the appointment and was told there was no appointment in their system and that home office is in Arizona. What does that have to do with this? That's who I was sent to to make the appointment after explaining what I needed done when calling into one of the locations. Then I was told there was only one tech there for the day and "he's not going to want to do it if he is the only one." Very unprofessional customer service. They still took my car anyway. After getting equipment installed, I plugged in my trailer to test it out for peace of mind before needing to do a tow and nothing works. Took it back to this location and they confirmed it doesn't work and scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks later under their warranty to fix it. Went in to drop my car off again for this appointment and they told me there is nothing in their system, even though I made it with the clerk in person. They still took my car anyway. I am waiting for its return as I write this, but I'm not hopeful. I'm moving myself and more especially my horse to another state in 2 months so hopefully there is time to get my light connections working before then. One bigger lady with a cane there is very rude. She is always cussing up a storm to customers and snippy with them. Watched her tell the guy in front of me that even though he reserved a pickup and trailer that he couldn't tow the trailer with the truck and it's a new rule from a few months ago and would have to figure something else out. Just save your time and spend your money elsewhere. After reading other reviews, it seems that other people have had the same experience with this location. They have 0 customer service skills and will leave you flustered and without answers every time.

I brought in a third-party hitch for install after confirming that your location was able to do it. I provided a print out of the instructions for installation for your techs. The installation was not complicated, but involved cutting a small hole in the bottom undercarriage shield to accommodate the hitch. I had an appointment for noon and showed up 10 minutes early. I was told that there were several cars in front of me and it would be several hours before my car was started. I was also informed that there was no where to wait for the work to be completed, but that it would be done by 5 pm because the techs don't like staying after 5. I was never contacted that afternoon about any issues with the installation. I was called shortly before 5 and advised that my car was complete. When I picked up my car, it was left unlocked outside and the parking lot was already dark. Everything appeared to be in order and I was not told of any issues with the installation. When I got home and was able to view the installation in the light, it was clear the hitch had not been installed correctly. Instead of following the installation instructions, the techs simply discarded the undercarriage guard and left a wiring harness hanging from the bottom of the car. I called the location and spoke with someone who was apparently familiar with the installation. He initially told me that the guard was supposed to be discarded. When I told him that I was looking at the instructions that clearly showed how the guard was to be modified and reinstalled while speaking to him, he changed his story and told me that the instructions could not be followed. When I asked to collect the guard to complete the install myself, he told me the techs threw it out along with the rubber cap meant to protect the hitch from dirt. When I asked what the location would do to remedy the situation, I was given the information for its insurance company and hung up on. The replacement undercarriage guard cost more than $300 to replace. The correct installation took me less than an hour to complete. Whether the techs were inattentive or wanted to go home before 5, this was one of the most unprofessional installation experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely never use this location for anything.

I would never give my business to this Uhaul Location again. This was a horrible customer experience, because of the guy running the place. This man doesn't care about customers. Do yourself a favor and give your business to another location or company.

Cassandra from Highlands Ranch U Haul needs to be fired and never be allowed to work in customer service again! She was rude from start to finish! If you've had an encounter with this woman or the manager of U haul I encourage you to write a review a file a corporate complaint as I am.

I needed a refill on some propane and was referred to them by the Ace Hardware down the street. I didn't really understand their parking lot set up when I had arrived. I was trying to locate a worker and ask for help but before I could do that, a lady came running out of the store and yelled for me to get out of the hazard lane. I felt this was very rude and I decided to drive across town to spend my money else where. I didn't stick around long enough to get her name.

I went to this location to have a hitch installed. First of all, the rudeness of the employees will shock you. They couldn't care less about the customers and will leave you waiting for help for an unreasonable amount of time. I even watched as one employee all out screamed at a customer who simply asked for help after waiting for 15 minutes. When you make an appointment, employees will tell you it's a good idea to drop your car off early because, even with an appointment, it's first come first serve. Then, when you drop your car off early, they tell you that the installer will arrive at 10 or 11 or whenever they feel like it. I also watched as they told three people that they would be first in line after telling me the same thing. It would be worth the drive to go somewhere else unless you are okay with having a terrible experience and being mistreated.

Well we got a truck for a quick move. Truck was clean, in good condition. The employees are grumpy, rude and create an unpleasant, uncomfortable atmosphere. Will find another dealer next time.
