“Came in at 5:45 because my radiator hose blew. The general manager brandy was very rude and wouldn't even look at my car just said he was closing soon and couldn't help me. Shelby and Issac came to the parking lot and helped me replace the hose. It only took about 10 minutes so I'm not sure why he was not willing to help me. Very disappointed in grease monkey but Shelby and Issac were absolutely amazing and deserve recognition for going above and beyond!”

I had a big issue that a dealer wanted $9000 to work through and we were able to identify solutions that came out to about $4000.
