“This is now my new favorite grocery store! I have been searching the city for unique foods to sample prior to a food sensitivity test. Now, I have not been a fan of Safeway stores to date, but not only was this particular store HUGE, and containing a very sufficient organic selection as well as unique foods selection, but also, even despite a staffing shortage, they answered the phone right away and walked over to the produce area to confirm they had a unique product I was looking for in stock and in good condition…and this also happened to have been during the evening rush! So grateful I found this store…it’s worth going out of my way for sure!”
“This past Sunday, June 9, 2024. I called this bakery at this Walmart location to see if they were able to create me a custom cake as the Walmart in Centennial sent me a text that very same morning stating that they cannot fulfill the order as the cake decorator is sick and cannot do the order; I place the order 6 days before the pick up date. Kaylene was able to make my twins birthday cake for their party and I was so pleased. She did a fantastic job on the unicorn cake as well as the dinosaur cake and she was very polite and kind. She even added my husband name to an already made cake as my husband‘s birthday was on that day too.I had three birthdays in one day and she saved the day.”
“I was shopping in the grocery section. There was an elderly man who seemed a little lost. An employee came over and offered to help. She walked him through his grocery shopping list and helped him pick out all of the items. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but it occurred this morning and she has gray hair in a low ponytail, and she should be recognized by the company for being a seller employee.”
“I want to recognize your employee Dustin. He was stocking shelves and over heard my husband and I talking about kitchen ware items being buy 1 get 1 free. We didn’t really want 2 pots but figured we might as well. We got them and left. Dustin came to personally find us in the store to let us know about the sale and what it applies to allowing us to get what we actually needed! Thank you so so much Dustin! That was exceptional customer service in my eyes!”
“It's the store closest to my house. The staff, I see on a regular basis, is always helpful and friendly. But lately they allow the AT&T sales reps into the store. These people are extremely annoying. Please stop this King Soopers.”

“Fast, friendly service is what I received at this location. I came in only for one thing. The new Pepsi Nitro, which has a smooth creamy taste, almost like a ice cream float in a can, but I did go to the hot foods section to get a quick and convenient lunch. Everything from the deli counter to checkout was a breeze. Good experience all around.”

“I shop frequently here and recently switched to get prescriptions here and so far no issues and they’re always very quick. The pharmacist is incredibly kind and will still come and check regarding any questions each time.”
“This location is finally doing something about the student chaos around the lunch hour. Well-stocked, clean, and usually not a terrible wait for self-checkout. Starbucks isn't always open during the posted hours. Most employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful.”
“This store has courteous team members and is clean and well laid out. They always have fresh produce in well-maintained displays. Furthermore, there is always someone to help you find a grocery item if you would like assistance. The bakery, floral, and meat departments are excellent and they offer prompt friendly service. Parking gives quick store access and has easy cart return areas. I love this friendly and convenient King Soopers location.”
“The service and product availability has drastically dropped off at this location. Used to be that staff much friendlier and customer oriented, that is no longer the case for the most part. Also, product stocking is way off. For example, Kroger Brand Rasin Bran cereal has been off the shelves for about 3 moths. Can't believe they are importing it from China or Asia.
Another peeve, THEY NO LONGER HAVE PAPER BAGS, despite their advertisement that KS is "Green". I guess single use plastic bags must be better for the environment in their opinion. Will start looking for stores that still provide paper bags.”
“Went in simply for tire rotation. I'd purchased the full tire coverage 2 years ago and wanted the tires rebalanced and rotated. Jose was training another guy so it took a bit to get the process started. Jose said 45 minutes and indeed it was! And the vehicle not only tracks great but no vibrations!”
“Best Walmart in Colorado! Found a large bag of my favorite Starbucks Coffee (pre ground) for the lowest price I've ever seen! Had 10 different Monopoly games to choose including a Stitch edition?! That's right... STITCH Edition Monopoly!! Helpful, bilingual staff were eager to help us find things... they even helped me find the perfect reusable bag for my selections at checkout...”
