The staff was very friendly and the technical team quickly fix an issue I had with the bike.

Sales person Tom Hudson spent as much time as needed to answer questions. Shop released bike with improper adjustment of the Shimano Nexus 8 hub (I went online to find out how to adjust the hub and did it myself...works fine now)
