“What a wonderful bike shop! I had just returned from another bike shop, where I was denied maintenance on my E-Bike because they "didn't want to be liable". I was bummed until I realize that Nice Bikes was a shorter distance away - and when I pulled up to the lot, the owner and his wife did not hesitate to diagnose my issues and resolve it for me. Turns out, the only work that needed to be done was to tighten a few bolts and to readjust my brake caliper. The owner did it in 10 minutes, then reassured me that his service would be at no charge.The service I experienced her was nothing short of fantastic, and for a small business like Nice Bikes, those personal interactions pay dividends when you're able to keep your repeat customers.It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. I will be sure to be back. If I could give your store 6/5 stars, I would.”

Finally an honest bike tech at one of these places said go to ANY AND ALL BIKES on BROADWAY they are one of the very few who truly know the art of any Bicycle...They were highly recommended. I should have gone there in the first place. And from here and moving forward this is the only place I will ever go!!! Don and VI were WELCOMING AND KIND...
