“I enjoyed meeting several of the front office staff working to assist customers of those leaving their cars, me being one. They took time to explain what was going on with my car and telling me what was next later in the day as I would need to leave my car overnight. Picked up car next morning and again, they were gracious as ever. So far so good. The issue was dash symbols coming on re: suspension, stability issues, possible 4 WD issues. New trans axle module I think it was, which ordered and installed, then computer programmer came to set it up. Think car issues were addressed and corrected. Thanks to all!”

“This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.”

They took me right in and they didn't know this but 2 year ago I bought $700 worth of tire from them for a different car . I went in concerned that I needed to have my brakes replaced and they're evaluation said I still had a few months left and there was no reason to replace my brakes yet. Many places would have just replaced my brakes. In some, I found them to be honest, thorough, and timely in performing the service that I did need done. “I had a flat tire on Thanksgiving and went to Peerless Tires the next day. The store was really busy but the staff was so nice, efficient, and helpful to everyone! I didn't have to wait long at all and was able to get things taken care of easily. The phone rang constantly in the store and both of the guys answering were incredibly patient and kind; if you were the caller, you would have never known they were so busy and running around to help everyone. Honestly, that was impressive and they didn't rush people off the phone or sound hectic.
