“We have known Mr. Bruce and he has done work for us several times during the last 3 years.He is very professional, and offers high quality products at the lowest prices we can find, but keeps excellent standards of service.The reviews bellow do not reflect his conduct at all. I have known of terrible and bad workers before but none like these people. I hope he is always able get better employees, like the ones he has now, and not like unreliable, lazy and untrustworthy people like the ones who expect been paid and not to do the work.I feel sorry for these people, these are losers. “This was the first time ever stepping foot inside your store and I was frustrated that I couldn’t find a certain tile to show my client for her kitchen backsplash. As soon as I walked in, Devin was there with a smile and asked if he could help? And all of my anxiety went out the door when he offered to help me. I told him what I needed and he loaded me up with some samples that nobody else had in stock. He was very informative and he really new his stuff! I was impressed on how he took control and delivered everything that I needed. So later that day I came back with the samples and my client loved the one he said she would! “I hired Five Star Bath Solutions to remove my old tub and backsplash tile and install a new standing shower with a bench, backsplash, doors, and new Delta shower faucets. My reviews are my own; if they performed like crap, I would say that; however, they didn’t, they performed exceptionally. I worked with Phil and Cesar; they were easy to work with, with no pressure, upcharges, or gimmicks.
My old bath had consistent mold; the tub floor creaked constantly, and the tile, which had been poorly done by the previous owner, crumbled in parts.
Timeline:
- I first met with a salesman from their company who showed me a 3D rendering of the new setup. It was fully customizable, including the backsplash, material, metal finish, doors, shower faucets, shelving, soap dish, etc.
- I put down a 40% deposit through a secure payment portal and scheduled about eight weeks out.
- A week later, the Project Manager visited my home, meticulously inspecting the area and taking precise measurements.
- A week from the project date, I received confirmation details and updates.
- They arrived on time, were professional, and had all the necessary equipment.
- They kept me apprised of any issues, the schedule, and any decisions to make.
- They finished in two days (one day early).
- Their attention to detail was astounding. The quality is immediately noticeable.

“My husband and I chose to work with the team at Christopher’s Kitchen and Bath on two separate bathroom remodel projects in 2023 and again in 2024.
The photos I have attached were taken after our master bath remodel was complete. The room design has changed the way we are able to enjoy this space.
Heather Radliff, our designer, spent time with us listening to our ideas and then developing an overall concept.
We worked collaboratively selecting each piece and its placement. This took some time however, we appreciated how methodically the plan came to life on the computer screen in their 3D program. We were scheduled for a specific quarter and every thing was right on time.
The second project, a smaller powder room was handled in the same manner working again with Heather. (images are not available at this time as we just finished.)
The entire Christophers team are true professionals who take great pride in their work and craftsmanship. There was never a dumpster as they hauled away each days boxes, etc. They were responsible and respected our home. Communication was top notch.

“I do kitchen remodeling, and buy all of my quartz, granite and quartzite from Dorado now. Their selection of Nustone Quartz is excellent - they always ALL of Nustones products on display. Also a good variety of granite and quartzite options. Lighting could be improved along the south wall where it's a bit dim. Everyone is also SUPER helpful. Highly recommend!”
“I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. “Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store.
