“I wanted to thank Daniel at this Wells Fargo location for not only being extremely helpful but also very genuine during our on the fly transaction. I was told I needed to wire my mortgage payment within a short time frame of them letting me know. I drove out to location after location to find a bank representative to help me without an appointment. I called the branch and Daniel agreed to meet me and I was there after 15 minutes. He sat me down explained this wasn't my fault and apologized because he could see the stress and strain I was feeling. Within 20 minutes he had set up my wire transfer and gave me all my paperwork. He truly made an uncomfortable and unforeseeable issue resolved within minutes. Thank you again Daniel for all your help, it is a comforting feeling that there employees who truly want to help!”
