Walgreens is a place to refill prescriptions, shop health and beauty products, and print photos. The pharmacy staff is very kind and helpful. The team is why many continue to stop at this location, with staff noted as friendly, quick, and focused, often juggling multiple requests. Employees have gone out of their way to help customers afford medications and have provided much help with prescriptions. Staff have also stopped customers from getting scammed. The automated system has recently had incorrect notifications, but the staff is helpful with matters like GoodRX coupons. Terrible customer service. I tried to use my stepdads phone number like I always do and the lady at the counter asked if I was Duane and I said no that’s my stepdad and she said you aren’t him and declined the rewards. She didn’t even hand me my receipt she threw it on the counter. I will not be returning.

Tried to get a flu shot and vaccine today and Melissa at the pharmacy decided it was a good day to be rude - cancelled the appointment right then and there, and lodged a complaint with corporate. I will not be returning to this Walgreens for anything if I can help it.
