It's not my favorite best buy to visit. However, there are a few associates who do care about customer service. Would love to give a better rating if there were more associates that did care.

They were horrible! They had the product we bought in the store under the wrong number online explaining that to any incompetent member of staff that worked there was like pulling teeth. We gave them a shot to fix it and they still sent the wrong product out.

Manager is ruthless. Wouldn't return a xbox game that was still sealed because it was 2 days past holiday return period.

Your pickup service is a joke when I'm standing in a pickup line with only one associate running the counter. Could have went in there, looked around, and bought something in the same amount of time. The store deserves to go out of business.

Came in 3 days in a row trying to purchase a monitor, asked for help all 3 times and was told they would send someone over, waited 10-15 minutes each time with no one even acknowledging me

Still a great place to get what ya need if it's in stock,but customer service is super slow and only 1 person working the register last 2 visits

5 out of 10 employees are idiots. Other problems too. Sorry, but its hard to understand why they can't get good management to make things run better.

The worst service ever at this Best Buy student line for a half an hour people asked me do I need help they finish their other customers then they’ve walked away and their guy at the front said that everybody’s on a queue. The guy never asked me when I walked through the door Best Buy here is a joke

So understaffed the people who want to buy stuff are walking out. This place is going downhill and fast. My suggestion would be to hire some help or at least make it possible to be self-serve.
