Every single time I go here. Several items are "not in stock" if I wanted to wait on shipping I wouldn't have even come into the store. Their job is retail sales but there's nothing to sell. Infuriating!!! I will not go back

A huge thank you to Evelynn w/the Geek Squad in the Greeley store!! My Powerbeats Pro bricked after a failed update, chatted w/Apple care and they said to bring them to Best Buy... I walked in there with like 1% confidence that they could fix them. She had the same earbuds and was able to use her case to resync my buds, and they work now. Took her like 30 mins to figure it out, and I'm thankful that she took the time, I was shocked when it worked!! Seriously, her determination, intelligence and problem solving skills are valuable assets, hope it is recognized by BB/Geek Squad. Thanks again Evelynn, 5 stars+!!

Literally the worst Best Buy in Northern Colorado. Shop anywhere else.
Unhelpful, poorly trained staff and the person who’s consistently the manager on duty is an extremely push sales person and completely rude in any other circumstance. That’s when they aren’t at the front of the store chatting with their friends.
Go anywhere else

After buying a new laptop from Best Buy found I couldn't load some apps. Brought it back to them. They spent some time analyzing what was going on and deducted there was a corrupt OS. Without much problems did a replacement.

I went to best buy today for a television mounting. I have that wonderful plan that costs me x amount of dollars per year. Well they have cut so many benefits from the plan that I will have to pay $250.00 to mount one television.

I think this is one of the smalles bestbuy that I went. We drove there from 40 minutes away because some product showed up in stock. They didn't have it. The employee there said (lsiterally) probably someone stole it.

You guys have got to get more people up front for checking out. I’ve been here about 4 times since the beginning of 2024 and every time i check out I’m in line for 15 minutes (AT LEAST) with nobody behind me. I had an online order that took about 14 minutes to pickup from the front checkout. At this current visit, The people behind me just left as i was writing this review because you guys take FOREVER. Please change this. I’m done with this store.

Only had one person that knew about refrigerators, and he was busy in the electronics section. They need more employees. We bought nothing there.

Absolute worst experience dealing with anyone at this store. Management doesn’t care about customers or efficiency of flow. They rather put everything on there low knowledge “sales advisors” that’s if you can find one in the store when needed.
Don’t go there to buy a phone unless you plan on spending the day there
Don’t go there to buy your appliances, TVs, or even computers unless you wanna get extorted into there memberships and 30% APR Credit Card.
Again managers, especially Allison, don’t care about your experiences with them all their care is the numbers.
I’ll be glad when they shut this store down due to lack of adaptive efficiency. Just your typical corporate company that lost its culture it built itself on
