The Pufferbelly Store is located right next to the Amtrak station, one of two stops on the California Zephyr where you can buy snacks outside of the train. It is a great place for breakfast and lunch. The food is delicious, with very good options like Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, and a huge Breakfast Sandwich. Portions are huge, offering a lot of food for little money, and you could definitely share. You need to order the cinnamon roll, which is so good. The staff provides great service; they are kind, accommodating, and really friendly, always keeping coffee cups filled. It is such a fun place to eat, especially when requesting a booth overlooking the train tracks.
One of two stops on the California Zephyr where you can buy snacks outside of the train. The other being Denver Union Station. Better get off the train quick and get in there first though! The line grows fast. Definitely nice to get some ice cream or other items not sold in the Cafe car.

Cinnamon rolls are so good and since it was our first visit it was free. Waitress was super busy, but still really friendly. Portions are huge and could definitely share.

Great breakfast and lunch must try this place . A lot of food for little money . Wait staff are always on point and deserve a good tip
