“Popped into here because my '87 Toyota pickup truck was cutting out every time I hit the break. I did some research online and thought maybe it was the air filter so I called this AutoZone to see if they had what that would fit my truck. Rachel answered the phone and she was so kind. She put me on hold for a brief second and then came back and told me that she had exactly what I needed. Soon as I arrive she greeted me with a friendly smile! I told her I was the person who called and she had already pulled it from the shelf and had it at the cash register ready for me. I asked her if she would come out and smell my engine to see if I needed antifreeze and even though it may have been against the rules, I hope not, she did. After we both looked at it, we agreed that perhaps it didn't need a little bit of antifreeze, so I purchased that as well.
Within a few minutes of putting the air filter in, I noticed a drastic difference in the way my truck ran. I am forever grateful and appreciative for the help and support I received at this AutoZone.

“Austin and Terran (Spelling?) are amazing. I went and got a part from them, that was crucial to repair before out trip in 36hours, when i got home and got it installed, realized that the new part required a shorter bolt that should have been in the box. I called them 25min until they closed, they realized it was supposed to have included the part, told me to start driving to their store while one of them drove to a different store to get the correct part with the correct bolt. They stayed open late while we waited on the new part to arrive and I could not be more grateful. They made an already stressful time, much better by going well above and beyond what normal customer service would do. They are great employees and have more than earned my business.”

“The staff has really improved in recent years, there were always the core long term employees that could help you with almost anything automotive but now almost all the employees are useful. Just finished an engine rebuild and got all my parts through them and even bought a few new tools to complete the job. The staff was great during my incorrect purchases, broken tools, and peculiar questions that I tested them all with over the course of the job. Engines running now but I'll still pick this as my first stop for what I need automotive. Here are a few pics for the car lovers out there, 1985 Nissan 720 King cab had fused together rod bearings after driving from Rifle to GJ with less than optimal oil pressure; they were literally fused together around the crank and then to the connecting rod. A little flame and some patience all I had to do was polish it back to stock specifications and put it back together.”

“Very affordable relative to other shops in the community. The final product is good but not superior. I had them fix a dent in a difficult area of reinforced steel on my vehicle’s frame. They did an excellent job making the dent disappear. However, the paint job was not the best (see pictures for details). Overall, it was a good experience and I will likely use them again. The staff were friendly, responsive, and gave me an accurate timeline of when my car would be ready for pickup.”
“Ashton and the crew at Gerber were a huge help when I needed a front bumper painted for my subaru brz. I finally got around to installing it recently, and it looks fantastic. It was a small job, but they were true to their word, finished on (or ahead of) schedule, and helped me get the front of my car looking good as new.
