“I’m very confused by the overall rating of this pharmacy, which I have found to be one of the easiest to use in my area. For instance: I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line longer than five minutes. They are one of the very few pharmacies that actually answers the phone. They remember my name. They’ve looked for discounts on my meds. They’ve answered every (and sometimes silly) question I’ve had in a professional and friendly manner. Their automated notification system tells me not only that a prescription is ready, but that they received it from my doctor in the first place. They’ve given me helpful advice — just today, in fact, I called about prescriptions while on a lengthier vacation and had my questions answered inside of three minutes. I like going here, even though it’s not the closest pharmacy to me. It’s clear they’re very busy but I’ve never felt rushed. Hopefully they get some recognition, because their lower ratings are baffling to me.”
