“Deli tortilla chips best in town. Great bakery but need to use butter and cream cheese or powdered sugar and water for frosting instead of shortening. Cakes and cookies should have up to 50% butter to shortening. Could call it the Butter Bakery. Need more meat sales. Family dinner specials every week is the new thing: End of a center bin meat department, Tuesday taco night: all on sale only $20 when purchased together: 2lbs lean ground beef, iceberg head organic option. Taco Seasoning, tortillas or shells, tomato, cheese and salsa. Instructions would be nice. (Serve-with suggestions like refried beans, rice, and guacamole, and sour cream. One to two per week.”

Most consumer items are in larger sizes than available at grocery stores or office supply places. I got PreserVision AREDS2 eye vitamins bottle of 210 softgels (2/day) for $ 37.98 and Binax Now home Covid19 test kits (4 tests) for $ 17.88 each. The AREDS2 at the grocery is higher priced and the home test kits at King Soopers have expired despite their low price.”

“I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.”

I happen to see the store logo in the reflection of a mirror and was able to contact The depot to let them know about the fake account. “Never any long lines and usually one of the cheaper gas stations in town. You can use your King Soopers card to get 3 cents off. If you buy a lot of groceries from Kings you will earn points to get anywhere from 5 cents to a dollar off per gallon. The best I have seen is 50 cents off per gallon but everything helps.”
