Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... “I had an excellent experience working with Victory at the Sheridan & 44th store buying my new iphone 15 pro max! He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a cell phone and I have had dozens of phones. “Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”

“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”

It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .”

“Orlando greeted us warmly, and took a few minutes to learn what our needs were before returning to another customer he had been helping. This store manager is adept at multi tasking!
Orlando was excellent in providing solid product knowledge — he quickly diagnosed that my iPhone X was going to fail soon. As was my wife’s phone. He lined us up with the iPhone 15 and we left VVH (very very happy) We both received $1,000 credits towards the new phones.
But what really made Orlando stand out was the superb customer he delivered to us — and several other folks. My advice — head straight to this store for all your Verizon related business. Orlando rocks, big time.”
