“Worked with Daniel and Angel. Their service level was great. However very time consuming. My purchases totaled almost $8000. I was required to make two separate purchase. One in mattress and the other in bedroom furniture. Both in same building. To complicate further I had one item going to a different address. Seems like one person should be able to handle it all. In addition we started with one gentleman for bedroom furniture. He handed us off for mattresses and when we were ready for him he was unavailable. Thank goodness Angel approached us to finalize the transaction. However we had to provide item numbers,, etc. Very tiring!!”

“Such a pleasant experience, usually I dread having to go anywhere with sales people etc. always feel pressured and on the spot. Kirby was fantastic, did not try to upsell, all his reccomendations were within the budget we discussed. He gave us incredible deals etc. was able to walk away with an amazing mattress, a pillow, 2 sheet sets, an adjustable base (for free) and a mattress protector!! All for under 2K! The mattress alone was originally almost 3k and is highly rated in reviews I cannot wait for delivery ❤️”

I had really been turned off by other mattress stores in the area, and they gave me the space and freedom to try different mattresses, and when I did have questions they were there to help. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate the effort they made to make sure my mattress was delivered by getting all the various insurance paperwork that my building required for the delivery. Y'all are great, and I'm already raving to my friends about the wonderful experience.”
“I had a great experience at Woodley’s tonight. David helped me out with a screaming deal on an ottoman that is apparently great (wife says so, I guess it has to be). We got in and out of there very quickly. Shay packed it up very securely and helped me load it into my car. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and David was still nice and willing to help, not rushing us out the door. He was kind, professional, and not pushy at all. I never thought I would meet someone who hates ohio as much as I do, but I stand corrected. David and I bonded over experiences of having to deal with people from ohio. Not fun. They’re typically not smart and tend to be rude. Go Blue. Stop in and ask for David to hook you up with new furniture, unless you’re from Ohio (then go jump off a bridge).”
“We recently had a couple of problems with our air bed that we have had for almost 14 years
although it was a little frustrating and inconvenient, I can't say enough good things about the service i got and how it was handled
Tommy and Mindy took care of us, and it was very clear to me they wanted to help us as much as possible. And they did!
in the end we got the repairs we needed and a new pump which as I said was 14-year-old ....so it was not really unexpected or unreasonable that it would fail after that amount of time.
the bed has been worth the money we paid for it and then some,

“Nyssa was the best ever! She helped me find a mattress that was not too expensive and had everything I was looking for. The bamboo sheets they sell are the best sheets you can buy. Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. “My wife has vertigo really bad, and has chronic back pain. My back as been bothering a lot lately due to traveling and staying hotel rooms for work. We did not have any idea of the sleep number beds, but have relatives that have the beds. We went into the store just to look around while we waited for our son and his wife were in a different store. Our sales lady Christine meet with us and introduced us to the Sleep number experience. She was really patient with us. The 1st bed we tried, was ok, but when we went to the i8 bed and Christine put us into zero gravity all of our back pain, and her vertigo went away. Oh man was that awesome. We moved to the SC360, and ended up purchasing that.This is experience was the best I have ever had. We are having to be patient as our new bed will not be delivered for a few weeks. We are extremely excited for this purchase with no buyers remorse, and can't wait to get a good nights sleep.”
