“Les was amazing! I walked in and was looking around before he came to talk to me and see what I was looking for. One of the couches on the floor was a beautiful velvet. Fun and perfect size. He didn’t pressure me into buying it right then and there, but we just kind of talked about life while I sat on the couch and enjoyed how comfy it is. After talking for a bit, I decided this was the couch. It was exactly what I wanted and he gave me a great deal on it. Also, the movers were nice and the couch was unharmed being shipped to my place. Definitely recommend as they are all super nice and they have a couch for everybody’s taste”

He took measurements of each space, offered multiple design options and made sure all the rooms flowed together. Did I mention he did all of this for us over the phone while we were still in Florida?!?!? James also personally oversaw the delivery, assembly and placement of every piece of furniture prior to our arrival. It was so wonderful to see our beautifully furnished home for the first time and sleep in our dream cloud bed after our 30-hour road trip. James made sure everything was exactly perfect. When the sleeper sofa we had selected didn’t fit down the stairs, James quickly swapped it out for a Queen futon……that same day! “My wife and I just bought an original hybrid mattress, adjustable base, frame and headboard, and are VERY happy with our purchase. The store is great and Ron the manager was just the best throughout the process. We'd slept on a Casper in an Airbnb and then did some research on Consumer Reports so we were kinda disposed to buying in the first place. But Ron took us through our scheduled "nap" appointment and helped us understand everything. Zero pressure but Ron is VERY knowledgeable. We were super comfortable, and very happy with our purchase--which he had to have delivered. We live far enough outside Denver in a small place in which deliveries can be a bit hard to schedule, but Ron personally ensured that everything came off smoothly. He was always professional and attentive. In the several nights since it's been here my wife and I have had the best sleep in many, many years. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. We highly recommend both the product and the store.”

“I just wanted to take the time to give a major thank you to Appliance Factory, specifically the sales associate Leah. We learned this afternoon after returning from a grocery shopping trip that our fridge’s cooling component got fried in a power surge this much earlier this morning. Neither of us checked the fridge after it happened and came home to tons of warm food, that really shouldn’t be warm. With about $300 worth of new groceries.Panicked and not really having the budget for a brand new fridge, we came to Appliance Factory about an hour before they closed. Leah was extremely patient with us being indecisive and frazzled from our day. She wasn’t pushy, she was informative and had a really kind demeanor that put us at ease. She helped us narrow down several choices that wouldn’t break us financially. We finally decided on a very nice dent and scratch GE that was originally $2,000. The blemishes were marked very clearly with yellow marker and this one only had two scratches on each side that could easily be repainted. We payed a bit less than $800. We were able to take it home immediately too.Overall, a really pleasant experience for such a disaster of a day. Leah was so good with us that I felt only appropriate to recognize her in a review and I can’t recommend the store enough!”

Given that English isn't our first language, his patience in explaining the new vocabulary was truly appreciated.He offered a fantastic deal: a 4-month trial period where we could swap the mattress if needed. While the experience was largely positive, I do wish they had a broader selection of beds, pillows, and other bedding items. Overall, a very good experience that left us feeling well-informed and taken care of.”
