“This will be a very simple review. If you don’t take your Mercedes Benz to Hoover Mercedes for service & repairs…You’re missing the boat! I love everything about Hoover Mercedes. This is the only shop that will touch our 2018 AMG GLE 43. They get you in/out in a timely matter. The waiting area is 5x better than any Mercedes Benz Dealership. I actually feel like they care about the vehicle being serviced. I recommend everyone with a Mercedes Benz to checkout HOOVER MERCEDES.”

“Big O is always so willing to help our family with our vehicles, whether it’s filling tires with air or targeting a leak (all at no charge). A few days ago, received very friendly and professional help from Isaiah Velo when he graciously checked my air prsssure and filled them for me. So grateful to have such great service in our neighborhood.

“I was looking for a place to bring my 2006 Wrangler for a second opinion because I was frustrated by the “shop” I had been using. I have found it extremely difficult to find anyone to work on my Jeep without throwing parts at it. I found Wessbacker and was impressed by their reviews and called. They got me right in and Jason was very thorough and straightforward in the diagnosis. He fixed my Jeep and made sure there would be no surprises that could pop up. He also save me from an unnecessary repair I was quoted from the previous shop. I felt very comfortable with Jason and his knowledge of the challenges for parts and repairs on my old Jeep. I have had it since 2006 and have been refurbishing it after 2 sons drove it during high school. It will always be “something” with this Jeep but now I have a trusted place to take it! “Words cannot express how grateful I am to Brennan and the crew at CORE Off Road! I had a really scary road rage encounter earlier this week - guy was screaming at me because of the headlights on the Jeep. I am clueless - Jeep is how it was bought - and it, along with a bunch of other toys that I am stuck with - was bought in an effort to keep my then husband's episodes of violent rage and physical abuse at bay. To say that I am overwhelmed with paying for and maintaining the stuff that I am left with after the divorce is an understatement. I had visited CORE in late summer for an event and decided I would try to swing by and make an appointment for them to take a look at the headlights. Brennan immediately recognized how distressed I was about the road rage encounter that morning, brought the Jeep into the shop, and one of the employees (who was phenomenal, but I forgot his name) adjusted my headlights right then even though it was almost closing time. They did not charge me a penny - only asked that I bring the Jeep back when I need additional work done on it. Are they kidding me? I will never bring my Jeep anywhere else! On top of that, I very much enjoyed 30 minutes of incredibly thoughtful and engaging conversation with Brennan (who is around the same age as my own children). Well done mom and dad - this is a young man of great character and respect for others. Rare quality these days! Thank you, Brennan, and team! I will definitely be back!”

“This place is amazing. First time in and I was highly impressed. I feel like they weren’t trying to sell me on things that weren’t actually wrong with my car. I feel most places try to do that especially as a woman so it was refreshing to not have that happen. They have a system that will explain all the issues wrong with your car and well as pictures and I really enjoyed that as it can be confusing to know what parts they’re talking about when giving a diagnosis. Everyone is so nice. I talked with Jonathan and Roger and both solid people. Thankful for their help and will definitely be back when I have other car probs (hopefully not anytime soon though ;) )”
