Very easy to set up an appointment, especially since I'm a new pet owner. Dr. Patterson and her staff were really good with my pet and they were able to hold my pet until I could come and pick it up.

Went there June 18th @5pm. There is an associate named Taylor. It seems like she just want to walk around and get paid. I tried to ask her help and she just ignored me and act like deaf person.

Great sales! Great service! Nice location in downtown Ft. Collins. Even if your not much of a shopper, just being down there makes you want to step into a few shops and at least browse.
