“The girl helping me was friendly and offered me multiple pairs of shoes. I am just getting back into running and was wanting reccomendations on good shoes for me. I was hoping they would watch me run on treadmill and make recommendations based on that. However that service was not offered. Running shoes are pricey. Expect to pay at least $150 for a pair of shoes if you are coming in. There is not really anything that is less expensive. They only go in price from there. I did sign up for their rewards program. You get 1 point for every dollar spent.”

Shoes, clothes, accessories all personalized for me and new things I would not have picked out but absolutely love. Jillian takes a personal approach to all the communication, styling and feedback. “Great store, a good variety of their name brand outdoor apparel. Had a good sale when I was there, I got boots that are so comfy along with other winter gear. I suggest parking in the lot behind the store near Panera, ample parking is available and there is a walkway between the Library and Panera that you can walk thru and then turn left and the Columbia store is right there. Parking in front is on a busy thru street and can be tricky. I highly recommend this store, I will definitely be back!”

“To me, one of the best ways to evaluate a company is how they deal with problems. I recently purchased a trailer and after about six weeks I noticed, for the first time, that there was some damage. I took the trailer in and explained the situation. Within a few minutes, Julie the manager, met with me and agreed that the damage was likely to have been there when I bought the trailer. She told me that she would contact the companies representative and get back to me. Before I even got home, she called me and asked me to bring the trailer back so that they could replace the part. Just great service!”
“Store manager was very good at multitasking with multiple customers in the store while being the only employee. He was very apologetic although he did not need to be as he was doing great. Was very friendly as well as knowledgeable to help me find a pair of work boots that will fit my needs and my wide feet. Although the boots were more than I was wanting to spend I left feeling happy with my purchase and look forward to returning for future boots and service on my current boots.Went back a few weeks later because my left foot was constantly in pain after wearing my insoles. I was able to get there 5 minutes before closing time and the staff was still more than willing to help me out and after looking at my insoles we determined to go a size larger for the insole and a month down the road I haven't had a single issue with my feet being in pain after wearing the boots for 10+ hours a day. Thanks again!”

“I went in the store just to browse and ended up walking out with 304$ worth of shoes and socks. They have a pretty decent selection of shoes, boots and sandles, but the service is what really sets this place apart from the others.The two ladies behind the counter are a hoot. They are obviously best friends and enjoy their jobs. They coached me on what socks to buy/wear with which shoes and gave me some tips on how to break in and wash a few pairs of shoes I purchased. I'll be back for sure.”
“I had never really thought of shopping here before but since I was driving by I thought I'd give it a chance. I needed some additional help and the manager of this location was incredible. I needed both, dress shoes and gym shoes, and I found both here. That's better luck than at a lot of other stores I've experienced in my life.”
“Best place in town to find decent shoes for kids at a good price. Every time we come, we are amazed by how low our total is.I rarely shop in the clothes as we aren't really a sporty family, but my husband has found some nice yoga pants here for pilates. And we can usually find something on sale or clearance.We've found sizes in sneakers that are harder to find for my kids (they are both in that weird stage between youth and adults). We even found some relatively inexpensive specialty shoes like ones for indoor soccer. My favorite place to buy sneakers!”

“While we didn't find what we were looking for this time around, we have come here a few times in the past and have been able to find shoes that my daughter was happy with. This time the styles they had in stock just did not jive with what she was hoping for. The store is clean and laid out nicely. They do have a good selection of shoes to look at. The staff was friendly and helpful. we will be back! but probably not until next year when we are looking for shoes for school again!”

“?While It definitely isn't affordable as a Ross, nor even TJ Maxx, but still it does have volumes of posh labels and the best MOST ?expensive, as well as, the MOST fashionable brands that are seen over on down the models Runway in New York, Paris, or London. Furthermore they are most certainly less expensive than the Main American Mall department stores, but personally I would perfer choosing to only buy from this retailer online as the selection is nearly infinite compared to what I find at my local storefront, and also I can't forget to mention their online pricing is much more competitive due to the necessity of being in retail in this modern era, and this store is continuing to thrive, so hopefully y'all continue doing what's right by your employees, and most importantly your customers, and we will and return come and buy that, or for the ladies an expensive designer dress ”
