A simple rubber ring solved the conversation from 45 year old plumbing to modern repair. Bless you ?. Husband thought R n R was still in business but so pleased with Ferguson after husband spent almost two hours with Home Depot employees who were not able to help. FOUR of them. Not at all expert, sorry ?

NOTE: Saturdays are not open on the showroom side! Wish we knew before we drove an hour out of the way. Tried calling prior to leaving but no response. My review is purely on the hours not the service. Will try to go back a different day
