“My visit was great, the nurse was very sweet, the doctor actually sat and listened to me and my issues. My only negative is when I got the call with my blood results, the person who called rushed through the results and got upset when I asked her to repeat and explain. I still don't know exactly what my results are? She said just go online, well if I could I would! Sure hope there's nothing horribly wrong with me!”

“Great family doctors.Have been with them for more than 30 years and still prefer to continue seeing Dr. Ottolenghi.The clinic is located in Harmony campus with easy access and connect with UC health so the health records, questions, etc. can be accessed through UC health connection.Family doctor is important and good long term relationship ensure the full understanding of the conditions and best course of action/treatment.”
“I met with Dr Blackler for my annual physical. Dr Blackler was as thorough as one could get, asking questions and listening to my answers and my concerns. The office staff and technicians were absolutely the best, friendly and professional. My blood draw was done there in the office so I did not have to go elsewhere. I was referred to UC imaging, the referral paperwork was there before I arrived there. There may be offices that are as good as Dr Blackler’s office, but there are none better.”
“I just have to say that I am thankful for Dr. Prema Jacob. I started seeing her when I moved here from Florida the summer of 2022. I was in really bad shape. Thankfully, with her help, I have lost 75 pounds and feel better than I have in over a decade. I truely feel that she saved my life by getting to the root of the problem instead of just sticking a bandaid on it. “The physician is outstanding but the change from Associates in Family Medicine to Village Medical
rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in
over 250 clinics and hospitals in the US teaching patient centered care and I know quality care and patient friendly communication when I see it. Unfortunately as is too often the case the change in practice ownership and the move to a centralized (non-local) call system has resulted in lessened efficiency and pt. satisfaction.”
