The transition from the UCHealth app to Village Medical was poorly handled. I found myself feeling stuck, not knowing how to contact my doctor. The transition should have provided more information about the switch over and how to contact my doctor.

Use to be a great urgent care. Gone way downhill since being Village Medical. Took 3 days to get X-rays reviewed for daughters broken ankle.
