“I had an excellent experience working with Victory at the Sheridan & 44th store buying my new iphone 15 pro max! He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a cell phone and I have had dozens of phones. “Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

Initially, We dropped our Ipad off and were told they had the part to repair it. They then realized it was the wrong glass cover, and that they would order one, and call us when it arrives.”

“Great Service at 2 AT&T Stores on Sunday before Memorial Day. 951 E 120th Ave Thornton, CO 80233 and 2nd Store at 4700 W 121st Ave Broomfield, CO 80020 … both greeted us instantly. Store I bought phone at did not have otterbox and she had tried earlier in the day to place the Body Guard Screen Protector for Galaxy S24 Ultra and it was not fitting right. Customer was not happy so glad she told us. We went to the closest store and they had the OtterBox and Zagg Glass. He installed Glass perfectly.
Very Satisfied … Swiched to ATT after 25 yrs with Verizon bcs GF works for ATT.”

“I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
