I went around town and ended up at this spot, super pleasantly surprised. They heard me, gave me space to speak, took my laptop and said they'd be able to work on it quickly. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! “Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

Metro PCS sucks and their employees lack basic customer service). Everything I did that night was a total upgrade, something MPCS was not willing to do, despite having the same phone since I started with them (approx. 2 year’s ago). “I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”

“This AT&T store is one of the best I’ve been to! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and eager to give assistance for whatever problem you might be facing. Got me and my husband new phones and prefer AT&T over any carrier, connection and reliability wise. The location is great too, that whole area is secluded enough for the business not being super overloaded especially on weekdays. Highly recommend!”
