Flicek Theresa DVM
1260 Manford Ave, Estes ParkWe were on vacation in Estes for several days when my senior dog had a major anxiety attack due to being in a strange place. He howled for 10 hours straight overnight, and we slept in the car to avoid disturbing the rest of our group. He needed help fast. And there was no animal ER in so I dropped into AMCEP before they opened on a Wednesday am. With no appointment, I was ushered into an exam room and the two of us were seen by Dr. Fish. He was in early that morning and seemed happy to help. I was quite surprised by the kindness and concern his team gave us and happy to know what drugs to give the pup to calm him down so we could continue on our trip. Thank you folks for everything.

Mangia Mangia Pizzeria Food Truck
Park Ln, Estes ParkHaving Mangia Mangia Pizza catered our Day After Party (following our wedding) was an absolute hit! As the bride, I struggled to snag a slice because the moment each pizza came out, it vanished - guests couldn't get enough. When I finally did manage to taste a few slices, I was blown away. The crust was perfectly crisp, the flavors were incredible, and the textures were just right. Coordinating with Ally beforehand was a breeze; she was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. I can't recommend Mangia Mangia Pizza enough for any event - our guests were absolutely raving about it!

Scratch Deli & Bakery
911 Moraine Ave, Estes ParkWe love this spot whenever we are in town. Service is always mountain town friendly, food is bees knees, prices are so approachable. Great to grab breakfast or lunch before heading into RMNP. Being a little removed from main Street makes this a gem in hiding. Country gravy burrito, Ruben, and the BLT hit the spot and our go tos. Fresh baked cinnarolls or cookies all the time too.

Elkins Distilling - Tasting Room & Mercantile
137 E Elkhorn Ave, Estes ParkMarina was awesome. Greeted us when we came in, had all kinds of interesting information and suggestions. We tried all of the whiskey and vodka, and although it wasn't all for me it was still really good. The aged bourbon was ridiculously good, and I've never been much into bourbon. They also have a bunch of different salsas and sauces that you can try as well. Highly recommend stopping in for their free tasting and to take a look around.

The Rock Inn Mountain Tavern
1675 CO-66, Estes ParkAll of our meals were excellent. I had the trout with polenta. Huge filet, great polenta and veggies. I am going to give special praise for one item. I drink only decaf coffee. Most restaurants, if they even serve it, don't care much about the quality. Here it was served at the table in a French press, and it was some of the best coffee I have ever had.
The chocolate cheesecake was awesome also. My favorite meal during our trip to Estes Park, and there were a lot of excellent ones.

Estes Park Dog Park
Estes ParkGreat convenient location for my puppy to stretch his legs when we get into Estes Park. There are a few different fenced areas, so dogs can be separated if wanted. Toys, water, agility equipment, and all kinds of products to pick up poop are available. Unfortunately, many people have not made use of the poop scoopers as there is tons of poop all over the place. Which is a shame since a lot of consideration and effort has evidently been put into making this a five star stop.
