I took my car to Zacks, and they told me my transmission was fine, but my engine was functioning poorly, possibly because of a faulty catalytic converter. In the end, I did very little business with Zack’s, but they could well have recommended a bunch of work I didn’t need and charged me for it. Honest group of mechanics!”
