“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“I chose Caliber to make repairs to my car for an insurance claim. They did a good job. A little over a year later paint started to peel from one of the front end pieces. Another front bumper piece came loose, and even yet another larger undercarriage piece came off altogether and was lost during driving. They told me when I originally picked up my car that it's vital to stay in communication if any issues come up. So as these issues happened over that year or so I stayed in contact with Caliber and they advised me of what do to at that time.So finally I had I to take her in to get everything addressed and they stood by their warranty, just like they said and like a reputable company should. Some people might give less stars because the issues happened in the first place but I say we're human. The fact Caliber stood by their warranty, gave me ZERO issues, ZERO push back, ordered parts, scheduled the work, had the rental car ready, corrected ALL ISSUES, and had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout the entire process MET EVERY EXPECTATION I had. I'd highly recommend Caliber and will continue to use them in the future.Thank you Tyler for making sure I was taken care of through the entire process!”
“I recently got my car back from AP after hail damage repairs. It looks so good I literally walked right by my car without recognizing it! My car was damaged during initial repairs however AP took responsibility and quickly fixed it for free. I have found the owner and workers to be honest and hard working. Their prices were nearly identical to my insurance company estimate. I am very pleased with AP's work and highly recommend them. Shout out to Blanca!”

“A few weeks ago my car got broken into and I needed to get my passenger window replaced. Setting up the replacement was easy online, and Brady and his companion were great at communicating when they were going to come to my house to replace my window. When they arrived, they offered to drive my car to the shop close by so they could use their vacuum there and I agreed, and when I got the car back the window was perfectly installed AND they went the extra mile of vacuuming up every last bit of broken glass in the car, not even just the passenger side where the window was replaced. They were so kind and it made my day after having gone through a stressful experience! They also waived the recycle fee since my window was smashed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs replacement glass.”
