Absolutely terrible internet provider. Dial-up was more reliable than WOW's broadband offerings.

They do NOT offer reliable service and NOBODY from their corporate office will speak with customers. I have had the service for just over a month and the internet doesn’t work more than it does. I pay for their gig service and it DOES NOT WORK!
