Frustrating to pay $2500 a month to have trash all over the grounds all the time. More maintenance needs to be hired because it seems like there aren’t any maintenance staff around anymore.

Patrick came by and looked at the shower. He was very informative and very nice. I have never, in 21+ years, ever had any of the maintenance people be anything but professional and helpful. Also, my request was handled immediately.
