Travis and Ben are the best maintenance guys. They are always fast to respond to a maintenance request and always so kind and helpful.Karla at the front desk is also very helpful and responsive.I would recommend this complex to anyone and very happy here thus far.

The maintenance staff is simply so helpful. Got locked out of my bedroom on a Friday 4:50 PM and it was Ben.Kitchen sink held up on a Thanksgiving morning and it was again Ben.And it helps that Ben and team all stay within the community and access is pretty easy. Thanks, j complete a year today in Soleil.

Absolutely love living here! Yes, the apartments are old, but they’re still well taken care of and the management is doing an amazing job addressing any concerns you may have. The maintenance team is also great. So happy I found this place!
