I had a very specific vehicle and trim that I was looking for. This was literally going to be my dream SUV (NOT kidding you, since I was 21). It was my dream SUV! He worked very closely with me to determine that this was the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He also worked very closely with the service department, in addition to other services, to make sure that I was making the best decision.
Today, I am a proud owner of a John Elway Yukon XL Denali because of Aaron Rankin. I have already been able to have my entire family enjoy it the very first day I drove it, to be able to spend time with my brother from out of state and the rest of the family here, along with a newborn, out on a lake for the day (sorry, I finished 1st in the country for grammar, I swear, and that was such a run-on sentence!). “BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN THE AREA. I needed a repair to my car, and this place was five stars from start to finish. A person always answers the phone, is always super helpful, and always extremely polite. They knew what my car's issue was, and offered a quick, inexpensive repair. I arrived at the shop in the middle of the day, and was greeted politely. My car was attended to immediately. While I was waiting, I was able to use the wi-fi (password clearly posted, unlike just about any other establishment), and they even had a desk and chair in the waiting area that I could use to get work done while I waited.

The repair took an hour, and costed less than I expected. Previous to the repair, I called every car dealership in the area that services my car make and model... That process was like calling Visa or a major airline -- long hold times, robotic, mumbling phone operators, constant transfers to other departments, then other departments. Every car dealership told me the repair would be over $200 to start. Actual parts might cost more.... They also told me that the repair would take ONE ENTIRE DAY just to diagnose....

A&E diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, and the total repair took about an hour. AND they did it with class, courtesy and attentiveness. I'll never go back to a dealer, and A&E will by new go-to repair shop that I will recommend to all my friends and to anyone looking for a repair shop. I'll be back. Thanks A&E!”

“I’ve been here a few times and always come back for the tires. The warranty is amazing - especially in Denver where the amount of nails and stuff in the road that can give you a flat is out of control. The customer service has always been outstanding!

This time when I came in though, the man went above and beyond. I went in for an alignment and a transmission fluid exchange.. and they dug deep to find out exactly where and why my oil was leaking. He used language that I understood, empowered me to make the best decision for me, my car and our safety. He explained financing options, and in the end gave me a free lug nut and went out after already paying and parking the car and installed it himself. Daniel is dedicated and hardworking, made me and my pup feel like gold and not to mention, suuuper easy on the eyes ;)”
