Maintenance was a bit slow to respond due to capacity issues BUT when maintenance did come it was perfect.Luis, who had only been working for the building for a very short period of time, fulfilled all of our requests with lightning speed and perfection. He truly was the handiest handyman I've ever seen

I sincerely would like to thank Luis for helping me open the garage last week. I accidentally locked it and left the key inside the car. Luis came to my aid and did his best to assist me. I believe he is a very good employee, diligently performing his job. Many thanks to him.

Johnny and Patrick has been extremely helpful since I have lived here. They go the extra mile with any problems I may have and always makes me feel welcome. The events are great and so much fun, I really appreciate their care for the residents!
