“I am both a consumer of prescription medications and a healthcare provider so I have some insight into the complexities of dispensing medications safely and navigating third party coverage. I have had so many positive experiences with this pharmacy for the past several years that I think it deserves to be mentioned. Here is a recent example: I had a prescription sent to a CVS pharmacy since it is now the preferred pharmacy under my prescription plan. CVS did not carry the prescription I needed and said they would order it. After two weeks, I received a voicemail from them saying that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, they did not have it in stock and said they would get it in within one business day. I called twice over the next week and they still had not received it. Finally, so that I would have it on time for an upcoming procedure, I had my doctor send the prescription to my Safeway pharmacy (knowing I may need to pay out of pocket) because I knew I could rely on them. Within one day, I received a text that the prescription was ready. I went to pick it up and when the pharmacist, Brooke, saw the amount that I would need to pay out of pocket, she contacted my insurance company for me and saved me almost $200. She did this while helping other customers with as much care as she had shown me. I don't know how they do it but this pharmacy should serve as a model for other pharmacies in both efficiency and providing customer service. They can expect my continued patronage and I hope this is beneficial to them in some way.”

I struggle with horrible social anxiety, but both the two of them never made me feel bad for asking for help, and was able to get my groceries quickly and efficiently with their help. “I love this Walgreens by our new home! I considered reducing 1 star because they have had under-stocked shelves. But it was the Holidays, so between more shopping and continuing supply chain issues, I couldn't do that. The five stars are for the employees. Every single one of them have been friendly and helpful. They keep busy with work that needs to be done in the store without neglecting the customers. In my experience, this doesn't happen without job satisfaction and good management. Keep up the great work!”

“I've had a great experience with this pharmacy. Other than one representative being incredibly rude and unhelpful, they have been wonderful. Everyone else that I've spoke with has been friendly and helpful. I was told once that they'd call me with information and I didn't get a call back, but I just called and they helped me get things resolved immediately. As with any health organization, the patient needs to take responsibility for their own healthcare.”
