“Best customer service and most trusting pawn shop. If your gonna talk about a pawn shop on how its nit fair on buying your item, then might as well say that to every singke one. Your not ginna get top dollar on something you take in, so dont even bother. But this place right here will get you all they can to help out. They talk you through why and how they came up to the price. Not one time have I walked outta there upset or felt I was screwed over. As soon as you step foot inside they will guve you the greatest customer service. This store is truly the best in Denver. “I've been looking for a case for my SG style guitar for a while. I happened to mention that to a friend & she suggested checking the First Cash Pawn on Federal. I stopped there on Jul 3rd. Monita was bringing in a bicycle (near closing time). I told her that I was looking for a guitar case & I described the guitar. She went in the back & found one that looked like it might fit.I also found a cool little Fender Frontman 15G home practice amp. The price had been reduced 2 times. Great deal on that little jewel. I put down $20 to layaway both items.I returned Jul 5th to finish paying for the items. They were very busy. After a short wait, Alex helped me get checked out. I brought my guitar & the case was a perfect fit! I also brought a cord so I could test the Fender amp. It worked just fine.While waiting, I looked at their jewelry. I'm far from an expert, but their stuff was better than other shops I visited on the guitar case quest.So, Monita & Alex earned my 5-star review. They treated me like a regular. Recommend this First Cash. I will shop there again.”

I picked up a Nintendo Switch Lite from them in our exchange (they have a lot of selection.) The Switch was not in good shape, but I wasn't promised anything and I'm happy to fix the issues because I love that stuff. Check these guys out if you need to drop some functional gear?”
