“I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. ? Everyone there is so welcoming and polite and so very helpful and never seem bothered at all with any questions or help in general. Miss Kay was super helpful with the forms for the background check when I was picking up my long guns up from a loan I had on them. “I use this ez pawn for most of my business after the ugly experience I had at the 84th and Pecos store I went to my normal store and Mindee was so nice helpful and professional! The employees are much nicer. The store is cleaner and the merchandise is better. I purchased a ring there and rude Robert lost out on a sale! I recommend them highly and was very satisfied! The store is "ghetto"! and needs a good cleaning! They also offered me more money to buy my ring and more on a loan! So if you want great customer service visit this place!”

“I've been looking for a case for my SG style guitar for a while. I happened to mention that to a friend & she suggested checking the First Cash Pawn on Federal. I stopped there on Jul 3rd. Monita was bringing in a bicycle (near closing time). I told her that I was looking for a guitar case & I described the guitar. She went in the back & found one that looked like it might fit.I also found a cool little Fender Frontman 15G home practice amp. The price had been reduced 2 times. Great deal on that little jewel. I put down $20 to layaway both items.I returned Jul 5th to finish paying for the items. They were very busy. After a short wait, Alex helped me get checked out. I brought my guitar & the case was a perfect fit! I also brought a cord so I could test the Fender amp. It worked just fine.While waiting, I looked at their jewelry. I'm far from an expert, but their stuff was better than other shops I visited on the guitar case quest.So, Monita & Alex earned my 5-star review. They treated me like a regular. Recommend this First Cash. I will shop there again.”
