“This is the only pharmacy I have even gone to and for good reason. I've picked up medications here before hand, but yesterday this pharmacy went above and beyond. I had prescriptions sent in before they opened, but once they were open, they were so quick to get them ready and communicated very well. They didn't have one of the medications in stock but were quick to find a solution. These ladies are truly incredible ?”

“As with most Sam's Club locations, this has a good variety and cost savings in most areas. I do find it is that this location carries different items than the Loveland counterpart. I will also recommend using scan and go here. You will be doing your own checkout anyways, might as well skip the lines.”
“They are always kind and courteous, even when, as happens in life, things don’t go as smooth as customers would like them to. Yes, prescriptions are a vital part of all of our lives and that means we should always be kind to them. Yes, doctors will call in to the wrong pharmacy, the online app will not always be correct, the emails might not always be correct, you might have to wait a few minutes when you call to get information on your prescription and all other kind of inconveniences which are part of life. Take personal responsibility for your Health and find out if your prescription is ready before you go. Sometimes going into the counter might be a better idea to keep your personal information to yourself. I have never had a prescription be wrong. I think that’s what matters most.Give them a break. what would you do without them?? Play nice people.”

Many people experience in other pharmacies the “You’ll have to call your insurance” or “You’ll have to call your Doctor” that big chain pharmacies like Walgreens and Walmart have made a standard practice of in this industry, regardless of what the issue is.Wrong!!! A pharmacist works for YOU and is there to provide a service! Not you working for them.Many issues we all encounter getting medicines filled, the solution is not always for you to figure out what the problem is!If you like the convenience of just driving up and staying in your car (which can turn into 30 min to an hour at most Walgreens) Then this place is not for you. But they have alternative options to receive your meds if you’re unable to walk in. And those that are just lazy and don’t want to park and walk in or don’t like the Mon-Fri hours? Managing your medications and time management would probably be a great benefit for you.”

“I've never had an issue at the is pharmacy. I'm shocked by the rating so decided to add in my review. First off they aren't the cheapest, KS is, but I'd rather pay a little more for great staff and service. Granted they are understaffed sometimes but don't promise to have something done in 20mins and make you wait an hour like the KS place does. Even in the craziness they are still friendly and I have yet to have them overlook a prescription. Overall my favorite, even when they get busy and short staffed.”
