They tell you the cheapest shipping option between UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. and ask you how your day was while they tape up your package. You’ll never go back to the post office.”

Though we have yet to meet, I am certain that Melissa is a great team leader as the tone of a great work environment is set by one. Word to the wise, NEW OWNERSHIP! If you left before come back! The water is fine. Melissa the clerk has always treated myself, and anyone I've witnessed her serving, with the utmost respect, friendliness, and knowledgable efficiency that is rare in this day. She personally helped me with a challenging delivery and was very patient and creative even though it was closing time. If you left before because of bad service, I urge you to come back and witness first hand what I experience every time I set my foot in the door. It's something when a business interaction as simple as mailing an item has you smiling from ear to ear as you walk out the door!”
